Besides doing a thorough job on maintenance very pleasant environment. Elaine is a jewel and pleasant to talk to. She cooks for the mechanics and anyone else around. I don't know of anyplace that you can get a free lunch while they work on your car. I recommend Golden Rule for vehicle maintenance. Just wish I'd found them sooner.

Excellent turn-key service. Ford Escape brought in for diagnostic of Check Engine light. Problem identified as faulty fuel Pressure sensor which was replaced. I needed an Emission Test for a tag renewal in March and knew the Check Engine light had identified a problem which would cause the vehicle to fail the Emission Test. I ask Diane if Golden Rule could get an Emission Test after the problem was corrected. She arranged for an Emission Test which the vehicle passed. I also needed a second master key for the vehicle because the second key which came with the vehicle had failed. They first checked to see if the key needed a new battery. That was not the problem so Diane scheduled a new key replacement technician visit. The technician brought a new key out and programmed it to unlock the vehicle and start it. All of this saved me a lot of time scheduling and running around to an Emission Inspection station and taking the vehicle to an appointment with a key programming technician. That is service you can't find anywhere else!!!!!

Work was done in a timely manner. Parts ordered and delivered to them as promised.

I took my car to have my axles rechecked and found out that my car has two axles not 4; which saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate Steve and Gary showing me and letting me know the difference. The best part, they where finished by noon. She rides so smooth.

Excellent work.Showed broken parts and what it would take to repair. Advised what repair cost would be and beat what the dealership would charge by fifty percent. . Elaine and Greg were very helpful and professional.Would highly recommend.
