Golden Rule is the first place I took my vehicles to when I first moved here & theyre the only ones I take my vehicles to because Im satisfied with their work & entire team! Best service I’ve ever had for my mini cooper! the last place I took it after an emergency oil leak talked down to me, complained about the work, and left me with a check engine light (exhaust issue) that turned out to be the catalytic converter. I came in to GRA for an oil change and diagnostics, they found the issue quickly, and had the work done in 2 days. Parts and labor prices was less than I’ve paid anywhere else for a mini. And Elaine is so sweet, I’ll definitely be coming back for anything my car needs

Very helpful staff! They took care of my F-350 in a timely manner and gave me great customer service! Will definitely return and I would trust them with all of our vehicles they were honest about what my truck needed specifically and did not try to sell me on a lot of unnecessary extras.

This was my first time visiting this facility and it won't be my last. Elaine was very pleasant and kind and the part that I really liked is that I was shown what was wrong with my car by the mechanic and I appreciated the transparency and honesty as opposed to someone telling me what's wrong but not showing me. I was pleasantly surprised with a cute welcome card after the work was completed. I never had that happen before with any mechanic and it shows me that they appreciate me as much as I did them.
