Excellent and honest so far. My Camry needed to be towed there (9:00 p.m.) because of a corroded battery cable. I dropped the keys off of course. The following day I told them to search the trunk for 3 new cables I was going to try myself. They called me back immediately and said one of the cables was good to go and should they proceed. The car was ready by close of business. The price was reasonable and they were quick and honest. I will be using Golden Rule with all future vehicle problems. These guys seem great.

Solid service and vehicle is back on road

Great family owned business had a flat tire was in and out in no time. Price of tire was very reasonable. The shop is very clean and the ladies in the front office were nice, professional and personable.

Golden Rule did an exceptional job, and their honesty was impeccable. Trust is a word that has been deleted from our vocabulary in the service industry. It is alive and well at Golden Rule.

Timely and professional service

Quick Diagnosis, Quick Repair For several hundred miles I kept hearing a roaring coming from underneath my Ford Escape that I knew was different from road & wind noise. It became more noticeable when accelerating from a stop and decelerating to stop. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday. The diagnosis done quickly found that I had an exhaust leak coming from rusted out exhaust flex pipe joints. It required a replacement part not routinely available. Diane indicated that they would need time to locate and get a replacement but could have it by late afternoon. Instead of waiting, I scheduled a return appointment for 9:00 the following Thursday because I had a conflict all day Wednesday. I arrived on Thursday at 8:10 a.m. with a required noon meeting in North Atlanta. They took me in early and completed the removal and replacement by 9:30. This gave me enough time to get early lunch and make my noon meeting in Atlanta. I am very appreciative of how Diane and the Technician worked to make everything come out quickly and smoothly for me.
