Took my 08 Ford Escape in for 165,000 major check-up. I had a oil leak around the valve cover gasket I had been ignoring for a year which Golden Rule had diligently reported on each previous service invoice. In performing all the various maintenance inspections and services for this check-up, they replaced the valve cover gaskets although not on the manufacturer's mileage service schedule. This was done WITHOUT CHARGING LABOR for this action because it was cheaper to do it now with another required maintenance activity than to wait and do it later when the leak became more severe. This kind of proactive service to save me money is the reason I keep both of my vehicles running using Golden Rule. They are a class act in the automotive repair and maintenance field.

Excellent and honest so far. My Camry needed to be towed there (9:00 p.m.) because of a corroded battery cable. I dropped the keys off of course. The following day I told them to search the trunk for 3 new cables I was going to try myself. They called me back immediately and said one of the cables was good to go and should they proceed. The car was ready by close of business. The price was reasonable and they were quick and honest. I will be using Golden Rule with all future vehicle problems. These guys seem great.

Solid service and vehicle is back on road

Great family owned business had a flat tire was in and out in no time. Price of tire was very reasonable. The shop is very clean and the ladies in the front office were nice, professional and personable.

Golden Rule did an exceptional job, and their honesty was impeccable. Trust is a word that has been deleted from our vocabulary in the service industry. It is alive and well at Golden Rule.
