I came here on a Saturday afternoon, at the last minute and Paul went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of. I chose Golden Rule based on the referral of my family and have not been disappointed. Great place to bring your car. They are trustworthy, which is a rarity.

My niece and I were driving home from Conyers back to Greensboro last Saturday afternoon when we noticed her rear passenger side window was open. We were unable to get it to close and so we stopped at Golden Rule. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnosis the problem and repair it to the point where we were able to drive home (a part had to be ordered to fully repair the window). They were fair and honest in the cost involved and even had someone take us to a restaurant so we could have lunch while they fixed the vehicle. Certainly, above and beyond.

6/29/13 I love Golden Rule Automotive. My service manager for the last 2 years has been Carl Pierre-Lewis and he is OUTSTANDING! Great guy, straight shooter and I trust him with my vehicles. I value Carl's advice & when I recently was about to purchase a used 2007 Prius I drove 40 minutes to Golden Rule because I trust his word. The car checked out and I love it. I love these guys. They charge only $25 for an oil change. I took my truck in because the engine light was going on. They spent all day doing every kind of test and couldn't find anything--so they didn't charge me. The light is still going on, but the truck is running great.

the poorest of them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR POOR POOR!!! went in to see what was wrong with my car they told me that they can fix it for $2000 because i need a new engine or get a new car. went some where else and they told me all i need was a tune up. TAKE YOUR CAR SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!

Extremely easy to work with and devoted to the costumer. I was having problems with my car and was not able to drive it down to their auto shop. I called them and was easily able to work something out with the guys to come to where my car was and switch out my broken alternator. Great service and great cooperation.
