Radiator leak found, Replacement found at a discount by Diane, Installed & cooling system tested. Technician found that Engine coolant Thermostat had been compromised when vehicle was operated in Atlanta traffic without sufficient coolant and needed to be replaced. The radiator had been ordered earlier so replacement and testing could be accomplished in one day. Additional parts (thermostat) were quickly acquired. The cooling system hoses were examined and I was advised that they did not need to be replaced. The technician showed me the cracked radiator. All in All, a timely repair done in 1 day and I got back on the road without having a problem due to another part in the cooling system not working due to thorough diagnosis during and after the repair of the initial problem.

I recently called requesting a quote for an AAA member and, did not have all the information required for maintenance. I politely let the employee know that I would call right back, and she refused to answer any of my calls following . I literally called back 3 mins later and she was intentionally ignoring all of my back to back my calls. After reading the reviews, maybe it was for the best!
