We have been with Golden Rule Auto for a number of years and they always go great work for a fair price. But, it is much more than that. The folks there go the extra mile that you may not even realize at first glance. I had my Lincoln Town Car in for service last week. The price was spot on. If they found something else, they would always do while they were there and let me know. I have been having trouble with my ignition switch being loose and setting off the door sensor off all the time. They took the initiative to correct the problem even before I asked about it. This proactive approach is how and why this shop is constantly booked solid. It is run by professionals who care about their clients and value you and your business. Think about this the next you book your next service appointment. You can do it the quick way or the right way. You will have plenty of time to think about it the next time you are on the side of the road.

I have had a few people work on my car over the years - and i think this is the first time I believe it's been fixed properly. Golden Rule was thorough and did a good job. The people who work there were so helpful and patient and answered every question and concern I had. I'm so grateful to have a car I can rely on again!

Wasted my time here

When I initially took my truck up there they said they could fix it and they were going to call me back with what the issue was and how much it was going to be. Several days passed and I did not get any phone calls. I had to go up there personally three days in a row after that asking them for an update, they still dint know anything and kept telling me they would call me back each day I went. I told them the date when I needed it by and they said yeah it’ll be done no problem. So I go back two days before the date that I told them I needed my truck by & they STILL dint have any answers or anything whatsoever. So I ended up taking my truck back & wasting alot of valuable time for nothing.
