Truck broke down on my way back to Texas from Fort Lee, VA during the week of Christmas 2019. They told me it'd been done within a week, so bought a plane ticket home, then flew back up the next week when they said it'd be finished. Still not done, didn't even have the parts. Then asked when it would be done and they promised within 5 days, so I flew back home, and then back again when they told me it'd be done for 2nd time. Guess what?! Still not done... And each time, I was the one calling in for an update. They never once called to update me, it was always me calling in trying to figure what was happening. Finally 2 days after they had told me it'd be done for the 2nd time, they "finished". Did a terrible job, as the second I drove away, it started making noise. I had to report to my new unit by Friday, so I wasn't able to leave it there. Now have taken it in twice to a shop in Texas since then, as there's still issues with it.
