"Above and Beyond Service" I have a '93 Toyota 4-Runner that was overheating and the AC was operating intermittently. An appointment was scheduled after a brief description of the symptoms. The engine cooling fan clutch was suspected and it needed replacing. In addition, the technician discovered the coolant low and leaking at the water outlet housing. Upon being informed, I authorized removing, cleaning and resealing the water outlet housing. Now vehicle AC runs continuously when needed to keep cabin cool and temperature gauge remains in mid range in Atlanta expressway 5 o'clock traffic.

Brianna said at this point the business ha done no work on her vehicle, but once she can afford it she will take her it to them for the work. They did a diagnostic on her vehicle and were able to explain to her in depth what and why would need to be done to it. She said they were nice, friendly and honest.

Spoke with Anne. She said this business did a great job repairing her vehicle. After the parts came in, the vehicle was getting worked on the next day.

"Good technical knowledge, communication skills and customer service." Elaine at the front desk is very thorough in keeping detailed records of services performed on my vehicle. She added information from the service technician on my invoice about the test results so I knew the details of a performance check on the Air Conditioning system. While having the oil changed on 1 vehicle, I described an AC and potential overheating problem on another vehicle with Greg Hicks. He ask several questions about the symptoms I had observed and then gave a brief review of the Air Conditioning system and engine cooling system and their interaction. His description was understandable to a non-mechanic and concluded with a diagnosis that sounded very plausible. In addition, he suggested that if I made an appointment, to let him know and he would order the parts and have them on hand should his diagnosis be correct. This type of knowledge and customer service is why I have taken my vehicles to Golden Rule for over 15 years.
