Take your car somewhere else this is the worst company I ever dealt with they had my car for over a month I paid 719 dollars and it still not fixed you always have to call them they never call you and they give you the same script over again don't say I didn't warn you

My tail lights weren't working on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler and I had other electrical issues. They had to redo my entire wiring system in my electrical system. They also replaced my tail light, installed a new radio and completed all this which was very time consuming for them I'm sure but they did it all in a couple of days. We just moved to Covington and this place was right up the street. I can tell you this, they are honest, friendly and very professional. You won't do better than having your car repaired here. Dropped car off over 6 weeks for an diagnostic, every time u call same scripted line/excuse, I understand covid but they need to communicate better bc if I’ve known it will take 6 weeks n counting never would have used them. Horrible customer service, I don’t recommend going here unless u not in a rush for service..

My grandsons car had a rattle in the front at the engine. Being new to the area we did not know where to take his car. After searching the web and reading reviews we decided with Golden. Very Very impressed with their honesty! It turned out to be just a heat shield that was easily fixed in no time. They could have charged us a lot of money for an unnecessary repair. They have our business from now on! I have told our friends and relatives about their service. Thank you Golden for being honest and for doing a great job!

I've been going to this shop since 2017. Yet it few months ago I placed my vehicle in their care for a full inspection and just recently they advised that it needed a tune up: the replacement of spark plugs a charge of 1100.00 when I had it service for 500.00 just.months before. None of the fluids in the car were filled. Now I have to have the spark plugs replaced.
