I have never in my life taken my truck to a better place to have it serviced. They are very detail and very reasonable prices.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness and respect. The office manager was stern yet friendly. I was told the amount to fix the car and when the car was fixed the VERY NEXT DAY there were no hidden fees and no surprises! What a great experience I'll be getting my car serviced in the future here!

Elaine was very helpful coordinating with AAA to have my AAA dead battery replaced with another AAA battery. AAA didn't have one that fit my vehicle instate and since it would take several days over a long weekend and I needed my vehicle, Elaine arranged for a replacement from Ford. Then Elaine coordinated with AAA to send the information needed so AAA could issue me a rebate for the remaining life under AAA's warranty. Folks at Golden Rule always go the extra step to tie up all the loose ends for their customers.
