I've been going to this shop since 2017. Yet it few months ago I placed my vehicle in their care for a full inspection and just recently they advised that it needed a tune up: the replacement of spark plugs a charge of 1100.00 when I had it service for 500.00 just.months before. None of the fluids in the car were filled. Now I have to have the spark plugs replaced.

Ms Elaine worked with me so that I could get my car back as soon as possible. I called and gave a down payment for the parts that was needed and when the parts came in (within a day) Ms Elaine called to set up the best time to bring it in. My car was fixed with a few hours and I was on my way. Thank you for working with me

The mechanics at Golden Rule are thorough and I know that they have my back to make sure my auto is in tiptop shape and safe.

I really wanted to give this place a good review, and my opinion may change when my car actually gets repairs. It has been over 3 months, and my car has still not been repaired. The only time I get any communication, is when I am the one to call, and all I seem to get are the same scripted excuses. If I knew the repairs were going to take this long, I might have tried to go somewhere else for service.
