"Great Service" Golden Rule has a sign on the wall that says, "female friendly", and they really are. I've been a female customer for years and always receive great service. An especially nice thing they did for me was send a driver to pick me up from work so I could get my car once they finished with it. Thank you to everyone at Golden Rule!!

I came in for an oil change, and they found a few extra problems and took me back to the shop to see exactly what needed to be fixed. They gave me a very generous price estimate for the repairs and some advice about when to come in again and get it all ship-shape. Very friendly service and also very efficient. The price wasn't bad either -- about $25 for an oil change and check-up. Definitely coming back. I'm so glad they're this close to my school!

"Very fair, very polite" I recently had my car in for service and the experience was fantastic. I knew my vehicle had issues and the team here went above and beyond to point out each specific problem I have without making me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. They seems very genuine like they do car. When I am able I really will return to allow them to complete the work.

Fantastic service, fast and pain-free!

Catherine said initially this business quoted her a price for one area but not for another area and simply said it may be more to do the other area. It was $500 more than she anticipated and was quoted, the business dropped the price by $200. She mentioned she would recommend this business to friends and family but would be hesitant. Lastly she said she had the clutch fixed and there was no problem with the clutch while driving the vehicle home today.
