Best service I’ve ever had for my mini cooper! the last place I took it after an emergency oil leak talked down to me, complained about the work, and left me with a check engine light (exhaust issue) that turned out to be the catalytic converter. I came in to GRA for an oil change and diagnostics, they found the issue quickly, and had the work done in 2 days. Parts and labor prices was less than I’ve paid anywhere else for a mini. And Elaine is so sweet, I’ll definitely be coming back for anything my car needs

I broke down in front of Golden Rule Auto and the guys came out to help me get out of the road. I hired them to fix my vehicle! Ms. Elaine at the front desk was a blessing and the whole staff was a blessing. They fixed my van in a timely manner & at an affordable rate!

This was my first time visiting this facility and it won't be my last. Elaine was very pleasant and kind and the part that I really liked is that I was shown what was wrong with my car by the mechanic and I appreciated the transparency and honesty as opposed to someone telling me what's wrong but not showing me. I was pleasantly surprised with a cute welcome card after the work was completed. I never had that happen before with any mechanic and it shows me that they appreciate me as much as I did them.

I recently used GRA to fix a power steering issue on my 2006 Chevy Malibu. This particular Chevy model uses an electric power steering system and has been the subject of multiple recalls for this issue. The vehicle was previously repaired under recall almost a decade ago, but a problem recently resurfaced. Having used GRA in 2016 to make an unrelated repair, I didn't hesitate to use them again. I showed up on a Monday morning without an appointment and they got me in. Turns out the car had multiple issues relative to the steering system which GRA seems to have satisfactorily resolved. Repairs were not inexpensive and they kept the car for a week (keeping in mind they are not open on the weekend). But, in hindsight, I have no real quibble with the expense or the length of the car stay. The car is running fine and that's the most important thing. I want to give a shout-out to Miss Elaine. She is a gem, a rare and precious jewel. When this car needs repairs again (and it will), GRA will be on my short list.
