Saved the day. Rather than being stranded, we had the Ridgeline repaired and on our way back to Roanoke, Virginia in 3.5 hours. Cannot say enough about the prompt understanding service. Ilene at the front desk took great care of us, offering to have us driven to get something to eat and made us feel at home. What could have been a very stressful event, was turned around by GRA. Would definitely recommend this garage.

Golden Rule Automotive was professional and timely in their repairs to our vehicle. During the time our vehicle was at the shop, the owner himself called to give adequate updates. He always provided pictures of the problems that were found during the diagnosis. He called me to give a diagnosis of findings and a quote to any work that was needed to be completed. As they were repairing said repair as they worked they found multiple other problems that always were showed The vehicle runs like a brand new vehicle. Thank you for your time and service.
