After a reccent purchase, I stopped by Golden Rule Automotive to schedule a multi-point inspection for this past Thursday. I arrived at 8 AM and was out by 10:15 AM. As usual I was greeted by Ms Elain, with curteous and friendly smiler. The technician informed me on the concerns he found, the progess and potential cost. As usual the service was performed timely, professionally and that is why I continue to return to the Golden Rule Automotive. Thanks everyone!

I went to Golden Rule Auto for the first time today to get a oil change on my 2011 328i BMW and was really surprised how good the people and the service was. The price was really good compared to BMW dealers I will always bring my car there for service from now on. I called all my friends to tell them about this place.

Golden Rule Auto is a great place to bring your car if you need work done on it, they ar very helpful and if you use there mail coupons you will save a lot of money.

I dropped off a newly acquired church van to be looked at and I felt like a thorough examination of the vehicle and a honest estimate was given We agreed to have all the work done and we're completely satisfied with the results. We'll be sending our youth on a road trip to Kentucky soon and feel very confident that the van will make the trip there and back with the current repairs. Thank you Golden rule automotive!

These are crooks to their heart! Please beware! They kept my mom's car and month. None of the things she took her car to them for they didn't address. They charged her $400 diagnostic! She paid $1500 for a battery, power steering fluid( did NOT FIX the leak) , a new dipstick, and engine hose. The car barely drives and they totally took her money. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS...

Just lost my husband and now that he's not here to keep the car up, I took it to Golden Rule. Hubby said he needs to get the oil change. That didn't happen. When having trouble with a tire not holding air, took it to the shop. while changing a tire, they checked them all and determined one more needed to be replaced. While changing oil, it was determined I had an oil leak that needed to be fixed. Had to wait on parts which would come in the next day. They gave me a ride home and came and got me the next day. Fabulous service. I did mention I had a bad latch on a back door, so I don't use it. They gave me an estimate and said to bring it in when I was ready. Thanks Elaine for all your help and thank the mechanics that worked on the car.

This place is modern and clean and everyone is so nice and friendly. They took very good care of my car and I am so happy with it. I suggest if your car needs help take it here you can't go wrong.
